COGEL Annual Conference 2008

The 2008 COGEL Annual Conference was hailed as a tremendous success. The conference was attended by more than 300 individuals attending over 40 substantive sessions during four information packed days. The setting provided abundant opportunity to meet informally with colleagues and peers (a hallmark of COGEL Annual Conferences). While the conference’s resounding success was the result of many, the Host Committee, consisting of the Chicago Board of Ethics, the Cook County Board of Ethics, the Illinois State Board of Elections and the Illinois Executive Ethics Commission, deserves special thanks for such a superb effort! We can't forget all of the staff and volunteers who put incredible amounts of work into the conference to make it the huge success it was.
