1. Fill Out COGEL Membership Application
In order to gain access to the member only section of COGEL, you will be required to fill out the membership application and fax it to COGEL. This information will be processed by COGEL staff and you will receive confirmation of your subscription.
2. Fill Out COGEL Website Application
The next stage is to fill out the member only application on our member only web site. This information will be similar to your faxed application and is required in order to verify your website account.
3. Web Account Activation
Once your COGEL Membership Application is processed, new members will receive an e-mail confirming your web site account has been activated.
